An internationally active manufacturer processes a high number of incoming payments from retail and e-commerce every day. The Bank Automation Suite automatically matches payments with open items – with a recognition rate of 94%. The migration from AX 2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance with more than 40,000 open items was also completed successfully.
Thousands of documents archived automatically every week
A technical wholesaler archives and indexes several thousand documents per week with the Dynamics 365 / AX Connector for DocuWare. Documents remain directly linked to the associated transactions in the ERP and can be found quickly via the stored metadata.

With self-definable recognition rules based on regular expressions, it achieves a hit rate of 95 percent. It imports MT940, CAMT.053, CAMT.054 and BAI2 as well as transactions from PayPal, Amazon Pay and Adyen.
Connector for DATEV
The Connector for DATEV connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance directly with your tax advisor's DATEV program. Master and transaction data from the general and subsidiary ledgers are transferred with just a few clicks, and the annual financial statements can be provided in a GDPdU-compliant way for digital tax audits.

Connector for DocuWare
Firmly connects your DocuWare archive with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX. Outgoing documents are tagged with keywords and archived in an audit-proof way, incoming documents find the matching transaction in the ERP via barcode – without switching to a second front end.
Connector for ELO

Connector for SharePoint

Connector for Shareflex
Shareflex extends Microsoft SharePoint into full-fledged document management. The connector links this archive with Dynamics 365: documents are filed in a structured way and keep their connection to the transaction in the ERP – an end-to-end DMS on a familiar Microsoft basis.
